As defined in the Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2006, all duty holders with known or presumed asbestos within their properties must have in place an effective Asbestos Management Plan. The purpose of this plan is to manage any known or presumed asbestos so that its potential danger is tightly controlled and risks kept to an absolute minimum.

PTL have developed a bespoke software aplication ASB Surveystation which is a software data base that is tailor made for the Duty Holder to manage all aspects of asbestos.
